Meet Katie

Katie is 24 and lives and works in New Hampshire. She likes being here because she loves doing things outdoors like skiing and hiking with her dogs. She likes going out with friends for Trivia night or bowling, and having a few drinks, but being careful about how much. She makes a plan before she goes out to consciously decide how many she’ll have or what time she’ll come home. She also recognizes which situations have taken her over the edge in the past–usually drinking games, which always mean she drinks more than she had planned.
